MS Windows Support?

Hi,

Is it possible to build the library for use on Windows? Ideally I'd like to build it in Visual Studio. If it's a definitive "No" that is ok, but I would like to understand if there are any unresolvable issues that would make this a "don't even try".

Any tips or advice would be awesome.
