How to reget the data points :

• Get an SVG file of the Algerian political map : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Algeria#/media/File:DZ-16_(2019).svg
• Convert the polygons to paths by opening the svg using Inkscape then:
  • ctrl A (select all)
  • shift ctrl C (=Path/Object to paths)
  • ctrl s (save (choose as plain svg))
• Parse that file with the converter to get a Javascript file containing Map Data Points.
