Local Setup Onboarding error : Transaction API error: Transaction already closed: Could not perform operation

when registering/Onboarding User it throws the below error

We were unable to replicate the error in Mac/Ubuntu. We believe it could be because of something related to timeout https://github.com/prisma/prisma/discussions/22188.

Here I have a PR https://github.com/tegonhq/tegon/pull/293 to fix it. We will merge it by EoD. Let us know if this is fixing the issue
