Well, originally, it was listed in the HACS, but it's not longer there and still isn't today?
The only way to get it to appear is to add your repo as a repository in HACS for it to then appear
I can agree - this doesn't show up, but pressing the 3 dots in the top right of HACS, and adding the repo as an integration did the trick for me (Repo: https://github.com/RedMeKool/HA-Raspberry-pi-GPIO-PWM)
Not sure why this doesn't appear in HACS natively, I'm not sure how that works.
