Need to go through and run these labs on a fresh machine

We've been testing through these labs by running them on our mac, however, our macs typically already have lots of the prerequisites (i.e., like maven repos from https://github.com/RedHatWorkshops/amqv7-workshop/issues/2) ... we should get fresh machines and fresh eyes on these labs and open up more issues to figure out where the rough spots are.
