TestCase.get_query_result_count doesn't return the same as TestCase.query

Running TestCase.get_query_result_count(query) and TestCase.query(query) with the same query returns different results. Method get_query_result_count() is missing default_project from .pylero config. So when I've added to the query 'project.id:XXX', then it returns the same number as results in query().
