Design | Add "dark mode" option

I am adding the button named "D" , if we click on that then the dark mode will be activated. Dark mode is here to help with this, making the screen easier to see in low lighting such as in the night or early morning. It can be a lot easier on the eyes, causing less strain and is better in the long run. So can you assign me this because I want to contribute in this.

@4kashyadav Thanks for opening this issue. Dark mode is definitely a great enhancement for a site I agree though we'll need to hold off making any design updates until we get feedback from the site owners and the designers about how that might look. Currently, the design kit does not include dark mode so I think this is a few quarters away from being worked on.
