Overpass Mono doesn't appear as a fixed-width font on KDE Plasma

When changing the font in system settings for fixed-width, Overpass is absent from the list. It will appear in any normal font selection dialog box.

This also appears to be a problem on Windows for e.g. Powershell/Command Prompt.
