fix(client): Simplify the condition tree for egg rotation

Complete Description of Additions/Changes:

• Use if: return; else structure to decrease indentation
• Add a previously missing log statement to say we are rotating the eggs
• Update the docstring to refer to 'move' instead of 'copy'
