Specs do not work with foreman-debug archive

foreman-debug is a Red Hat Satellite 6(Foreman) specific archive and there is no separate context defined for it as of now in insights-core.

Currently only simple_files specs for which file path in foreman-debug is same as Defined in DefaultSpecs will work. Some specs may need specifc context to be defined. Like rpm data is captured in a file installed_packages file in foreman-debug.

Considering the difference in Specs, a seperate context may need to be defined to support foreman-debug archives.

foreman-debug has always been a separate archive but it was collected in sosreport also in past until the information collected by it was natively implemented in sosreport. As of now, both sosreports and foreman-debug archives are used for Red Hat Satellite 6 troubleshooting.
