DC Metro Maps Workshop: Butterfly needs to be deployed in its own project

The butterfly web console is deployed into the initial demo-# project. In Lab #2's cleanup section there is an 'oc delete all --all' which then terminates the butterfly web console.

Also note that because the butterfly console is in the demo-# project that in Lab #1 the steps to create a project and show that it is empty make no sense because the butterfly console is in that demo-# project.
