Preference list for workshops

The current list of workshops is alphabetical but not all workshops are equal. It would be great to have the most used/most stable workshops at the top. Maybe even a workshop healthcheck indicator like we do with the container registry so at a glance it's clear how up to date the workshop is.

Wouldn't be hard to get them sorted in a different way. The functionality is already built-in...in the following example I gave the _index.md file in the Source-to-Image workshop a weight: 1 definition at the top which made it the first listing.
