Simplify references to steps in Example Workshop

I believe the steps should include "new_workshop" just as Step 3 demonstrated. This keeps a consistent example so to speak throughout the instructions rather than stating "This value needs to match the name of the directory you created for your workshop." You could just say, "This value matches "new_workshop" from step 3, or whatever you've named your new workshop.
