[docs] `<rh-card>`: add accessibility section

We could use an Accessibility section in the <rh-card> docs. Possible topics include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Heading structure
  • alt text
  • CTA verbiage
  • Contrast

May be a good opportunity to check and clarify the other text in the Card docs, too, especially as regards accessibility.
