Hello, I have a Moodle server with the oohoo language lab module. This module use Red5 server and OflaDemo (with the RTMP protocol) to record audio sequences. The problem is that if i record a 1 minutes 27 seconds sequence for exemple in

I just get the 40 first seconds of the sequence recorded out I have installed the red5 server and the OflaDemo plugin, but i didn't change the configuration just the server IP in the "red5.properties" file.

Try again with the latest server, guessing its older since you failed to mention which one you used.
