View distance is lower with Alfheim installed

Describe the bug

View distance with alfheim is lower than without it: video (The first half of video - without Alfheim/vanilla, the second - with Alfheim.)

How to reproduce:

1. Install latest alfheim
2. Set render distance to 3
3. Enter flat world
4. Encounter another behaviour

Also, as you can see from the video, even vanilla 1.12.2 has issues with this. I cant find proper bug report, but modern versions have no such issues. In 1.12.2 it leads to ugly mismatches between the fog and the view distance boundary. My suggestion is to not only fix Alfheim behaviour, but also the strange behaviour of view distance in 1.12.2
