[BUG] Lunar Water not working, particles not showing
Describe the bug
Getting Lunar water from cauldrons doesn't work sometimes. The particle effects don't appear for days and once you do get the water and you want more you have to wait even longer.
To Reproduce
Put a cauldron down with nothing above it and place water in it either with a bottle or a bucket and wait through the night.
Expected behavior
I expected particle effects to appear once every night and not a lot of waiting.

I think it was a New moon and I did some more testing turns out it also doesn't always show the particles but you can still throw Lunar Quintessence in it and you will get lunar water
I can replicate particles not always showing up in water cauldrons. This is especially prominent after finishing a batch of lunar water and then refilling the same cauldrons with water.
I saw some people saying that after you do one batch you need to break the cauldron and refill it to get it to work again. It works sometimes but not all of the time for me.
