Replaced HardcoreDarkness with DynamicDarkness

[Dynamic Darkness] 0.4.x suffers from performance issues when used in conjunction with [OptiFine] [Dynamic Darkness] 0.3.1 in my experience has no issues. [Dynamic Darkness] 0.2.1 also doesn't have any issues from my experience. Other modpacks seems to use 0.2.1 in particular so I've decided to go for this one, based on the assumption that 0.3.1 might have an issue that I'm not personally aware of

If any issues are noticed, then I implore anyone reading this comment to report back.

Personally recommend that you use [Pixel Reality - Lite] in conjunction with this mod if you want more shadow contrast it seems to work as intended with 0.3.1 (and probably 0.2.1 though that is something I've yet to test)

I'd like to note that Dynamic Darkness recently updated, which fixed performance issues when used in conjunction with OptiFine.

I've used it in my own modpack in place of Hardcore Darkness for a bit now and it's worked just fine.
