Role field is lousy, clean it up.

Add a "decade" subfield for "creation date".

I have successfully added the decade field, and the Role field is now simpler. However, I think the Medium field should also be improved. When I pick this back up, I should point out that the following are the most common words used in the medium field; that field should be collapsed into a list of categorizations or a single string that attempts to define the medium.

Also, currently this only includes one piece of art per artist. I'm not sure that's the best idea, but it does nicely filter down the dataset. Definitely want to think about this one some more.
