Dashboard - AdminLTE index.html not found

I was following the manual installation the command "xlua LSP-Examples/Dashboard/build.lua AdminLTE" says: "Build failed; "AdminLTE/index.html" not found" immediately and does not compile.

AdminLTE has changed so much that our AdminLTE readme file and build scripts can no longer be used.
