Answering in Quickfolders does not use Betterbird options for footer and its position

it is fine to find most important work options in the header of each mail. And often I am seduced to use. But after pressing the button to answer I miss my standard footer defined in Thunderbird/ Betterbird in single messages this is no problem because I use Ctrl-R. In threads I cannot use this because the first mesage is marked...
