Update help tab (jump to correct place) when clicking "Show details" consecutively

When clicking the icon "show details on this feature", Thunderbird opens a content tab with a help topic, as expected.

However, once this tab is open it stays at the place even if we click on a different "details" icon afterwards. It does activate the help tab (if it isn't active) but doesn't change the location in on the page.

Expected behavior: the existing tab should scroll to the correct help topic/
