Translate the app to other languages

Translate the app to other languages using some i18n library, seems that i18next is the most popular choice today.

This way the app can be accessed by other language speakers...

Since the app is huge and have over 14k lines containing Chinese, it seems reasonable to migrate it gradually. Hence, there should be an initial PR containing an integration of the translation lib, a language choice from the menu, and some critical areas translated. The rest should be translated gradually ideally be people who know both Chinese and English fluently.

i18n gonna be a huge job, but currently I am facing many changes in my life, and have no interest to put more time on this projects

But, i18n gonna benefit more users, fork it !❤️
