feat: 有没有移动版的想法呢？

问题：这个项目非常好，但是我发现用手机打开时是有问题的，而且只能是键盘输入。 期望：适配移动设备，用手机输入法也能输入，这样就可以是一个背单词的工具，背单词的应用场景挺广的
