Artemis (latest version) crashing when opened after mounting game

Worked last time when I had to change it from webman mod to artemis r5 but now it just freezes on black screen when set to artemis r5

Still get Error 0xC000135 after installing .NET 3.5

Installed it through Enable Windows Features, still stuck on this error code, even tried compiling it and made no difference. PC: Windows 10 Professional 22H2 Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz...
