Refactor Onboarding Flow

Issue Description

• Refactor UI and functionality of join steps - to remove debounce from the button and disable the button when wrong and empty information is provided

-Refactor UI of identity steps

-Create an application accepted/rejected page

UI and functionality should not break

UI and functionality is breaking at some parts
