Additional Transformer factories

What do you think about adding FxCompletableTransformer, FxMaybeTransformer and FxSingleTransformer to complement the existing FxObservableTransformer and FxFlowableTransformer?

I think that makes sense. Did you want to add them? I'm going to start rolling up a release soon, although KotlinConf and other events are keeping me busy for next few weeks!
