Reduction - Inevitable Escalation: Non-standard camera can softlock the vrumvrum objective

Original post: https://steamcommunity.com/app/563560/discussions/2/601891059815952255/ With asw_controls 0 (via sv_cheats, or the built-in First Person challenge, or the Workshop challenge All In One, ...), the chainsaw apparently doesn't reach the hitbox of the red "use saw there" marks at the bomb container, unwinnable. I hear no scratch sounds nor see smoke/sparkles when attacking. With asw_controls 2 (such as by Third Person), the hit feedback works BUT the damage is only applied properly when the saw is pointing at the very top or very bottom of the container.

Yet unless my memory is wrong, the mission did function properly in first person at some point, though I had to climb nearby stairs to remember the positions of the remaining red marks. I tried changing cl_lagcompensation and cl_lagcompensation_chainsaw (since those are the only relevant update changes that popped up in my mind), but that made no difference. Same story without mods and custom configs.

After more First Person gameplay, it feels like chainsaw generally has bad hurtboxes in there, 70 ping feels like 300+ with how often drones approaching directly at me in a line don't get hit... Can't clear SynTek Residental parasite holes with it either.

Adding to Chainsaw damage zone weirdness: In the Workshop campaign "L4D2: Dark Carnival", halfway through the first mission are destructible fuel canisters vulnerable to all friendly fire when lying on the map, and only area-of-effect friendly fire when worn. They attach to marine depending on his orientation when interacting with the canister. So, with normal camera, they are to be kept 120-ish degrees away from the crosshair to avoid accidentally cutting them down with Chainsaw when rotating aggressively. But with First Person, I can have my vrumvrum point directly at an attached canister and somehow not hit it.

Also, bots seem to operate Saw just fine even in First Person (apparently they have a different Saw area of effect?), including exploding front canisters.

currently Inevitable Escalation works a lot better in first person, though at a certain distance from the box there'll be smoke but no damage done (but hugging the box works), ...but third person is just as bad - just joined a standard camera Normal lobby on this map to be greeted with 3 retries, turns out they had the 3rd person challenge running beforehand and didn't figure that pointing the chainsaw high enough up into the air does allow it to damage the box
