Nerf Twin Pistols at least for the Level One challenge

They grossly out-DPS both Wolfe autogun and Crash proto-rifle and have much better movespeed when firing and are slightly more ammo-efficient, all without taking the HP% drone damage into account that straight-up makes them the only gun worth using on Brutal. Pretty sure this is not the intended lv1 power level.

Also, twins overdo bulldog in most aspects other than unloading into bigger-than-drone enemies, especially the tripod. Almost 2x the drone kills with starter ammo, too. Speaking of which, ammo efficiency against drones places mobile twins between minigun and devastator, though those are often fed by the map. So they may deserve some nerfs in vanilla as well. But vanilla rebalancing is for another day.

Edit: Turns out twins only reach about 6 firerate without adrenaline, oops. Still enough to outperform other lv1 guns by a large margin.
