Tilarus - Yanaurus Mine: First elevator ride is blockable by hugging the other entrance

As mentioned back in #27 , when assembling on the elevator to ride down, staying at the very east prevents the button from starting the ride until the blocker marine moves away. lazylift I wonder why did I never make an "away from edges" bind.
