In demos, watching the radial menu being closed teleports cursor to screen center

Of course assuming there's an open menu that produces a cursor, e.g., Shift+F2 demo control menu, the console... Same with jumping to a tick past a point where at least one radial menu was dismissed. Might've been introduced by #251 fix, as I don't recall the current issue happening back then.
