Steer new lobbies towards dedicated servers
Instead of creating a new public game, the lobby can be steered towards an (empty) dedicated server. This behaviour is somehow similar to what L4D2 is doing, when creating a new lobby.
When creating a new lobby, the following details can be set for lobby type:
option 1) automatic*
option 2) dedicated server
option 3) official ranked server
option 4) best available
option 5) self hosted
By default, option 1) is selected. This automatic* means, the game searches for the closest dedicated server, if none can be found it traverses into the other options.
By steering new players towards dedicated servers, we can somehow improve the default game experience, since dedicated servers tend to have more bandwidth and compute power available, than most user lobbies. Also, if the host leaves, the lobby continues.
N.B. Friends only lobbies use
option 5)automatically, since dedicated servers are public by default.
