~How is the remaster plan going?~

  • Where do the enemies in the top-right waiting section come from? Are they spawned by the button that closes the entrance door and thus logically blocks the access for enemies? Whatever it is, the spawner shutdowns once one marine walk a bit south. I'd prefer this spawn reduced (and given proper appearance animations) but not stop like that, so there's at least some enemies in the boring waiting area, or the next door to open faster as to not be a waste of time.
  • ~Bots don't like entering the previous room for some reason (the one with the hack that opens the way there), yet to see them not stop third a screen before the entrance and wait to be destroyed by the back attack.~ There's still some bot pathing issue between the big east room and the top-right hack room, but it procs much less often now.
  • Bots often fail to auto-pathfind into the final data download room.
  • ~The bottom hack's "You don't have the formula" tip lasts forever until replaced by another tip.~ fixed long ago
  • ~Enemies and bots alike waste time trying to pathfind through intact windows, then abandon the window and move onto the next one... In SynTek Residental enemies would just destroy the windows.~ They no longer bonk into windows, probably fixed by the November 2023 remaster
  • When breaking glass windows, standing in such window rarely results in marine getting teleported up the window onto map roof. I assume it's result of marine colliding with falling glass pieces. Suppose they shouldn't collide - there's the general engine quirk that lifts marines on top whenever the collision logic is in doubt (used in a few other roofing exploits, such as for High Tension).
  • Back in the original map version, during the last objective there was a shortcut that allowed to go straight towards the final hack by moving around the biomass that seemingly blocked the short west path. Then the shortcut was fixed by adding invisible walls (from what I can tell from in-game). Then came the 2023 redesign, removing the invisible walls and making biomass pieces pop up as team comes close instead of being always visible. This restored the shortcut through the left doorway: the first marine that comes to left biomass can roll towards it to be lifted on top of it while it emerges, and others have hold up+left south of the biomass to climb onto it slower. Is this intentional? It's a pretty big skip that kinda undermines the speedrun achievement.
  • After win, the "Flammable liquid is constantly leaking. You cannot extinguish this fire." tip (normally associated with path-blocking fire to the left from final data download) is displayed, visible for a split second before the actual game is hidden by menus.
