Installing from package manager on Unity 6000.2.2f1 only grabs empty folders

When installing from the package manager with the git URL https://github.com/ReactUnity/core.git#latest, nothing is installed:

Installing on lower versions gives a warning indicating that it will stop working soon, in this version it has finally stopped working.

Installing from openupm works fine.
