[rt10000] CI: build and publish also storybook

For starters, the URL below doesn't point to the correct URL:

And then, could you update the CI configuration to:

• invoke the "build-storybook" script (form package.json)
• upload the resulting folder somewhere, so that it can be accessible by anyone?

Right now the storybook looks like this:

We intend to showcase and document each new feature that we add in a separate story within Storybook.
