feat(YouTube): Search bar for comment section

Issue

Somtimes, there is a particular moment in the video I would like to find in the comments but there are far too many to sift through.

Reddit has a similar feature with the search button at the top of each post, so it would be cool to have such a feature on YouTube.

Patch

At the top of the comment section popout, just below the "Add comment" text field would be a field with the text "Search comments". Tapping on it would allow you to type in a query and pressing enter would fitler the comment section for matching comments. Below the text field now are all the comments but only the ones relevant to your search. There should also obviously be an "X" button on the search box allowing you to clear your query and browse the comment section normally. Another idea is to highlight matching words in comments that match parts of the query for quicker reading like twitter.

Motivation

Much like Reddit, I think it would make it easier to find comments referencing a subtle detail in the video when most of the popular comments are just the same recycled message. Maybe this isn't good enough but that's generally the idea.
