When you hide quick actions, seekbar position is quite low. This patch can solve this problem too.

How is it difficult or how does it make it easier?

When I hide the quick action, the seekbar is quite low, every time I rewind the video I have to reach below the edge of the phone. I hope there is an advanced feature of the Seekbar like when the Quick action is not hidden
