feat(youtube/spoof-app-version): allow spoofing to even older versions of YouTube

Issue

The app version will be changed to an older version (e.g. 16.20.35) in addition to the current option to make the app version non-material you-layout.

Patch

Provide an option to spoof to an older version using the "spoof-app-version" that currently exists. In some cases, it may be necessary to hide the screen that forces the update.

Motivation
