Bug description

Updated to the latest non beta version of instagram (v279.0.0.23.112) and timeline ads were not hidden. Uninstalled and went back to last installed version (v277.0.0.17.107) and there were no issues to report.

Steps to reproduce

Downloaded v279.0.0.23.112 for arm64 nodpi. Patched with revanced manager using only the hide timeline ads patch. Launched app and sponsored timeline ads were showing.
