feat(patch): Custom thumbnail overrides for YouTube Music playlists

Issue

Users are unable to customize playlist thumbnails. Instead it defaults to a 2x2 grid of album artwork for the 1st 4 songs, which can look unappealing.

Patch

Users can provide a list somehow (e.g. text file) of playlist names and urls to the artwork to replace them with. If a playlist in that list appears in the app, the image will be replaced.

Motivation

Other music streaming sites like Spotify and SoundCloud allow you to have a custom cover/thumbnail for playlists, but YouTube Music doesn't. This image can help define the aesthetic and enhance the mood for the listening experience. It doesn't appear that YouTube Music will be letting users do this anytime soon.
