Todos:

• [ ] Extract split bundles
• [X] Account for the api changes
• [ ] Remove warnings about splits
• [ ] Install split bundles or merge the bundle
• [ ] Root/from installed app (I have no idea how to deal with this)

Motivation

Better performance and ARMv7 support.
