bug: Selecting an app from storage sometimes shows weird package name and no icon

The most consistent way I've found to reproduce this bug is to do as follows:

  1. Clear the app data
  2. Go to the Apps tab. Press + and select an APK from storage.
  3. Press back and QUICKLY select a different APK from storage.

This issue occurs after updating an installed app for me. This does not happen in apps installed for the first time.

Edit: Also needs to be installed from storage
