bug: Save FAB freaking out in select patches screen

What's the issue there? It's working as expected, it is collapsed while scrolling and expanded when stationary/scrolling back up
It's almost like the FAB is confused whether I'm scrolling up or down and does both action of collapsing and expanding simultaneously.
I think it's fine, although this highlighted another issue that it doesn't expand when stationary, only when it goes back to the top of the list
If you're not rapidly switching scroll directions I think its doing fine

For a brief moment when you start scrolling down from the top the button behaves strangely.

In the video, my scrolling is one continuous motion, yet the button can't decide if i'm at the top or not.
Nope, there's something wrong as the FAB does a peek-a-boo thing.

I don't know if it's related or not. But could fix both in a single go.
