feat: Improve UX by moving down navigation bar

Feature description

In Flutter manager, the nav bar was at the bottom. Many elements of the UI can follow this design, right now they are mostly at the top.

Motivation

UI elements at the bottom are simply better UX because you dont have to reach to the top. I am sure this violates some android UI principles in some cases, however i believe its better to move them down regardless, the more at the bottom the better. Personally I could imagine everything be at the bottom and growing to the top, such as search bar, nav bar, filter buttons, settings etc
