bug: Dangerous option bring offered without warning

Bug description

You can regen your keystore, reset patch select, options without any warning.

This PR extends on #2534

The idea is to:

1. Let user know what they're doing
2. Let user know the consequence
3. If it a really really bad idea, discourage the user

Suggested design is to use something like this

From a user which has no understanding on the dev process, I think reset patch selections/options description should be clarified. Personally, I don't understand what pressing that button will do and how it will change the manager.

What are these buttons doing?
