This seems to be an issue caused by network issue as far as I can tell from the screen recording as there's no upload and download speed being shown.

This issue seems to be caused by multiple factors. When the application first receives a new version of the patches, such as v1.0, the download may be interrupted or the update files may get corrupted, leading the application to mistakenly believe it has been successfully updated to v1.0. If the official v2.0 patch is later released and there are no network or file issues, the application can update to v2.0 normally.Maybe this is the reason why there's no upload and download speed being shown.
This is exactly what happened in my case. After I reported this issue, the official patch was updated, and now the application is functioning properly again.
It might be helpful to add an option to reset the local patches.
I tried using the 'delete temporary files' feature in the app, but it didn't have any effect.
