bug: App list display error
Bug description
When the conditions below are met, the installed app icon, number of patch options, and Suggested Version do not appear properly as shown above.

When loading the source as soon as it was newly installed. In this case, you must immediately follow
Newly install App > Open App > Download necessary files > Patcher > Select an appprocess without touching anything in the settings. -
When the source patch is newly updated after loading the source for the first time in ReVanced Manager and an updated source is only first loaded. In this case, it may be difficult to reproduce because it can only be confirmed through the stable patch version of ReVanced Manager.
The patch itself loads normally, the error being only in the display itself. When you leave to another screen and return, the display is returned normally.
