feat: Quick patch selection

Add an option in patch selection screen to quickly select multiple patches

Motivation

Selection option:

1. Default
2. All
3. None

I guess by default it should "None", (or another way to ignore patch override) especially when we add different patch bundle.

Cz, one app selects multiple patches from multiple patch bundle automatically.

• By default, default selection for only main patch bundle, none for others
• option to select default patch bundle

It doesn't make sense for patches added to manager not to use the default selection by default. Every new patch will use the default value by default.

There should be a select all button for patches. If we use different dev's, then it will be convenient for us to deselect all patches at one click.
