bug: `Save` button doesn't work

Bug description

The Save button to save the patched APK doesn't work with alternative sources (tried with inotia00 and crimera).

ReVanced Manager v1.21.1 YouTube v19.16.39

Reset Manager to default, check if it works.

Reset Manager to default, check if it works.

My bad, as I don't use the default source and only use alternative sources to patch, I thought it wasn't working only with alternative sources.
