Same happened to me too, i patched anyway & the patch works. Patch Options wasn't displayed properly.

Bug successfully replicated on my ends, you can try the fix at https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-manager/pull/2453, note: at the time of writing, the CI hasn't finished building the app yet, if it finished it will leave a comment under the PR with an download link.

This bug is fixed in latest preview version of ReVanced Manager, if you'd like to get the fix right anyway please install development build of v1.24.1-dev.1 or higher.

*Note: This will install as separate app, settings, patch options, and keystore will need to imported from stable version

tried with v1.24.1-dev.1 or higher and I get an error with 'Change Version Code' enabled. Works ok if I disable the option.
